Safeguard 140mm deep casings are supplied fully assembled for easy on site installation. The casing is supplied in a durable polyester powder coated paint finish; RAL 9010 semi gloss. The end casings and the front panel are manufactured from 1.2mm zinc coated steel. The front panel is made up of a number of individual panels which are spot welded together on their double profile return bends to create a robust panel.

The attractive anodised aluminium outlet and optional inlet grilles are easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. The output of the Safeguard range has been type tested by BSRIA in accordance with BS EN442; with the casing and grille temperatures being in general accordance with the NHS Guidance Notes: Safe hot water and surface temperatures. All Safeguard emitters are pressure tested to 105 PSI (7bar).

Every Safeguard LST Radiator is backed by a 5 year warranty in respect of defective materials and manufacture. An 1/8" BSP air vent is incorporated into the emitter connection on all Safeguard LST Radiators.
